DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Delivery costs are applied upon checkout.
All gift boxes are sent via a courier company.
Delivery is available Monday to Friday. (excluding public holidays)
Orders received on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
Orders received on Friday and weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery to all main cities will take 2-4 business days. (except public holidays)
Delivery to all other regional areas will take 4-5 business days. (except public holidays)
Because delivery is via a courier service, we cannot give you a specific delivery time.
We will send you an e-mail once your gift box has been dispatched.
We will do our best to have your gift box dispatched and delivered on time but we cannot be held responsible should delays occur beyond our control.
Belle & Beau cannot be held responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or missing delivery information supplied to us.
Belle & Beau cannot be held responsible if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the gift box. Unfortunately we cannot leave deliveries unattended at the delivery address.
We will have the gift box re delivered at an additional cost and will not be held responsible for any perished goods.

Shopping online at Belle & Beau is safe and secure.
All credit card payments are facilitated through PAYFAST.
We accept the following cards – VISA & MASTERCARD
We also accept electronic funds transfer (EFT) for South African bank card holders.
Please e-mail proof of payment to orders@belleandbeau.co.za
using your order number as the reference.
All orders must be paid in full before the order will be processed.
Orders will only be dispatched once we have received proof of payment.
Please note: No documentation is sent with our gift boxes as most deliveries are intended as gifts.
